Calgary-based CP Rail manager found guilty in February 2015 incident above Revelstoke

A CP Rail manager has been found guilty in a 2015 incident that saw a loaded train left unattended on a hill above Revelstoke with brakes not adequately applied. The incident happened on the eve of a railway strike. However, CP Rail and another senior manager were found not guilty.
