Revelstoke raised over $3,700 in support of the Revelstoke Adaptive Sports Program at a Mar. 25 bingo fundraiser at the Taco Club.

The program helps get people with physical and mental barriers onto the ski slopes at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. (See our recent story here.)

In addition, Revelstoke Adaptive volunteer James Eger was honoured by the Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing with the Instructor of the Year award. Eger, who is a director with Revelstoke Adaptive, has worked for years helping organizing their program and delivering programs on the slopes.
