If you’re only going to pick one Welcome Week event, this is definitely the one you should choose. The annual community dinner and volunteer fair is always packed with newcomers and ‘oldcomers’ alike.
Stop by the Revelstoke Community Centre from 4-7 p.m. today, Tuesday, Nov. 26. Take some time to chat with local volunteer groups, before making your way to a table where you can enjoy a meal for only $5. The event also includes information on overdose awareness — learn to recognize the signs of overdose and how best to respond.
