Tragic news from CMH released this morning details

Tragic news from CMH released this morning details an avalanche incident that took the lives of two guests.

Two guests at CMH Nomads died in an avalanche while heli-skiing on January 23 near Mount McCrae outside of Revelstoke. One other guide caught in the slide was partially buried and was transported to Kelowna General Hospital.

Long-time Revelstoke Railway Museum volunteer Doug Mayer has spent the last five years unearthing and publishing information about CPR's Revelstoke Division to benefit the museum.
