Snowboarder frostbitten after six nights in backcountry unprepared; nobody knew he was missing
A Quebec snowboarder ducked the ropes to get at some fresh powder, then wound up lost. He realized hadn't told anyone about his plans, and tried to walk out. He suffered serious frostbite during an ordeal that stretched for days.
