What inspired you to create this artwork?

Amidst all the crazy dreams and confusion during this pandemic, i decided to create a piece that reflects all the things that go through my head and make me laugh or give me comfort. I chose images that were juxtaposed to create contrast. For example, there's a photo of a stern-looking Winston Churchill (with whom I share a birthday!) placed in front of a sign for a comedy store. Additionally, I liked the combination of the big, tough Black Panther superhero and the frail, elderly Queen Elizabeth (with whom I share a name...) walking together through Freddy Mercury's memorial site.

Where did you create this artwork?
How is your workspace?

I created this piece on the floor of my bedroom with an array of magazines strewn around me. I was able to look at my poster covered walls for even more inspiration.
