Revelstoke Jazz Club welcomes Leila Neverland to the stage
The Jazz Club will be welcoming Leila Neverland and Mountain Music to the stage on Friday, May 17. The performance will be taking place in the Selkirk Room at the Regent Hotel between 7-9 p.m.
Leila is an energetic performer who is well known to Revelstoke audiences. Drawing from classical piano training, a childhood spent in Toronto’s Canadian Children’s Opera Chorus, and a good number of years listening to Ella Fitzgerald on repeat, Leila Neverland is breaking through the West Coast music scene with her powerful voice, thought-provoking original music, and timely lyrics. With a smile on her face and ukulele in hand, this woman’s song is sure to put you in good spirits.
Most recently, she amplifies her music accompanied by Dylan Ranney on percussion and Nils Loewen on cello, but you can still catch her solo and unplugged like the good old days.
The Jazz Club is located in the Selkirk Room at the Regent Hotel. Admission is by donation and doors open at 7 p.m. Don’t miss out on this high energy show!
