Revelstoke Credit Union will be holding its 68th Annual General Meeting on April 20, 2021 at 7:30pm as a Zoom virtual meeting.
RevCU and financial regulators voted last year to change regulations and bylaws allowing an AGM to take place via virtual platforms. This was done in order accommodate gathering restrictions set out by the Provincial Health Office. After the success of last year’s virtual AGM, RevCU is pleased to be hosting its AGM virtually once more as health restrictions remain in place. RevCU has been following strict workplace safety protocols since these orders were published and remains committed to ensuring the health and safety of its staff and Members. All meeting information, the annual review and a link to register can be found at revcu.com, you must register in order to attend.
With a challenging year behind us and the year ahead promising more of the same the Board and leadership team at RevCU can assure you that RevCU is prepared to meet any challenges that our industry might face and meet challenges our Members might encounter together with great resolve.

This AGM will also come close to marking the retirement of CEO Roberta Bobicki who served RevCU as CEO since 2007. Roberta has been a part the credit union system for 43 years. CFO Michelle Hardy will succeed Roberta as CEO on May 2, 2021. Michelle has been with RevCU for the past 15 years.
RevCU exists because of and for its Members. If the term Member seems a bit unusual, credit unions worldwide use it to differentiate their customers from simply being clients. Members are the owners and customers at credit unions and as an owner staying informed about what is happening is important. Our AGM is one way you can stay up to date and have your voice heard.
Banking, investing, and insuring with a credit union strengthens community and promotes strong local economies. Choosing RevCU as your financial institution means money stays in Revelstoke and is then available to lend out to businesses to start, thrive and grow or for individuals who want to live, work, and play here.
This year $100,000 will be awarded to 31 different groups through Community Giving. Recipients for 2021 will be announced during the AGM, a strong testament that
Revelstoke Credit Union is your community partner and that choosing a credit union makes a difference to your community.
