With forty swimmers and their third meet of the season, the Revelstoke Aquaducks swam this past weekend in Golden, B.C. It was the first official heats and finals swim competition for the ducks, and despite the hot weather of 35 degrees while swimming in an outdoor pool, the team placed first overall against all opposing teams!
They also came home with over 15 medals!
Medal winners include:
Division 1 girls:
2nd place- Maya Royle
1st place- Cecilia Hobgood
Division 2 girls:
3rd place- Suri Stewardson
2nd place- Kenadie Stefura
Division 3 girls:
3rd place: Autumn Griffith-Doyle
2nd place: Madeleine Hobgood
1st place: Kayln Gale
Division 4 girls:
3rd place- Morgan Stefura
1st place- Devyn Gale
Division 5 girls:
3rd place- Morgan Tegart
2nd place- Rebecca Brosch

1st place: Hunter Stewardson
Division 8:
3rd place- Meghan Fair
1st place- Emily Pfeiffer
And in the boys divisions:
Division 2 boys:
1st place- William Hobgood
Division 3 boys:
3rd place- Murdoch Tegart
1st place- Bence Berkenbosch
Division 5 boys:
2nd place- Stefan Spataro
Division 6 boys:
1st place- Nolan Gale
Moreover, a huge mention to four swimmers who swam their first 200m freestyle relay!
