Prime Minister Justin Trudeau to visit Revelstoke Saturday

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will visit Revelstoke Saturday to make an announcement on BC wildfire relief and attend the CP Canada 150 train event. He will join music stars Tom Jackson and Dean Brody and world champion hoop dancer Dallas Arcand at the events.

Prime Minister Justin Trudeau will visit Revelstoke on Saturday. A statement released to the Prime Minister’s Office website unveiling his itinerary states that he will be in Grizzly Plaza at 3 p.m. for a Canadian Red Cross Fundraiser for BC wildfire victims.

Trudeau will be joined by Canadian Metis Performer and Red Cross Ambassador Tom Jackson will be performing at the event.

He will then visit the CP Canada 150 Train event at 4 p.m. Following the CP Rail event, Trudeau will leave by train for Calgary.

The CP Rail Canada 150 train event happens from 3–6 p.m. at the CP Rail yard at 420 Victoria Road. It features country singer Dean Brody, Juno award winner for the 2016 Country Album of the Year, and world champion hoop dancer Dallas Arcand.
