MVI incidents close Trans-Canada Highway east and west of Revelstoke Tuesday afternoon

MVIs east and west of Revelstoke close Trans-Canada Highway on Dec. 11.

Two separate MVI incidents have closed the Trans-Canada Highway on the afternoon of Tuesday, Dec. 11.

The first is about 30 kilometres west of Revelstoke near Griffin Lake. The second is near the east boundary of Mt. Revelstoke National Park.

Few details are available on the two incidents. An image from a Twitter user attributed to the incident east of Revelstoke shows a jackknifed semi-trailer on its side with the cab up in the air.
