MVI closes Trans-Canada Highway east of Revelstoke

An MVI to the east of Revelstoke has closed the Trans-Canada Highway on the morning of Saturday, May 25.
CORRECTION – #BCHwy1 CLOSED due to a vehicle incident EAST of #RevelstokeBC at Woolsey Creek FSR. Crews are on scene. No detour available. Estimated time of reopening is 3pm. #CanyonHotSprings

The incident happened between the east boundary of Mt. Revelstoke National Park and the Albert Canyon chain-up area.
DriveBC estimates that the highway will reopen around 3 p.m.
