Justin Glibbery Quintet to perform at Revelstoke Jazz Club
Ensemble of accomplished Okanagan musicians brings original arrangements of jazz, blues classics.
The Jazz Club wraps up its season this Friday with a performance by The Justin Glibbery Quintet.
The Justin Glibbery Quintet brings together some familiar faces from the Okanagan music scene: Justin Gibbery, piano; Michael Treadway, drums; Stefan Bienz, bass; Yanti Rowland on vocals, and; Michael Perkins on trumpet.
The five musicians play in numerous other groups, but come together as The Justin Glibbery Quintet to perform original arrangements of jazz classics, gospel, blues and pop. They’ll also showcase some original compositions in their sets.
Concert goers can expect a performance that will have them feeling entertained in addition to enjoying a display of extremely high musicianship from all members of this cohesive band.
The Justin Glibbery Quintet performs at the Jazz Club on Friday, June 8.
The Jazz Club is located in the Selkirk Room at the Regent Hotel. Admission is by donation and doors open at 7p.m.
