Hallmark returning to Revelstoke to film scenes for new movie Frozen in Love

Hallmark will once again transform downtown Revelstoke as the company is returning to Revelstoke to film a scene for its latest movie Frozen in Love.

Filming will take place in Revelstoke from Saturday, December 2 until Friday December 8. Work hours will be from 7 a.m. to 11 p.m. Keep your eyes open for work crews setting up scenes and movie stars.

The production is filming in several locations down Mackenzie Avenue. The only full road closure will be Grizzly Plaza. During the road closure, transit users will be redirected to a temporary bus stop at 1st Street East across from CIBC. For more details you can see the public notice here.

You can also catch Marry Me at Christmas, filmed in downtown Revelstoke last year, at the Roxy Theatre on Saturday, December 2 at 5 p.m. Saturday’s admission is free with a donation to the Community Connections Food Bank. There will also be showings on Sunday, December 3 and Thursday, December 7. Admission for those dates is $5.
