Brief: Grizzlies fight their way through seven periods vs 100 Mile

Grizzlies, Wranglers battle past midnight in a seven-period marathon

It was an action-packed few hours at the Revelstoke Forum last night as our Revelstoke Grizzlies fought their way through seven periods in a playoff game against the 100 Mile House Wranglers, eventually giving up the win as the Wranglers won 3-2 in the fourth overtime.

The puck dropped nearly two hours behind schedule when the game was delayed due to road conditions amid yesterday’s heavy snowfall.

This ties the KIJHL playoff series against 100 Mile up 1-1 ahead of Thursday’s game when the Grizzlies will head back to 100 Mile to try and pull ahead.
