Ghouls, goblins and ghosts will thrill at special SkyTrek/Enchanted Forest event

The Enchanted Forest and SkyTrek Adventure Park have brand-new special offering on Sept. 25–26 including nighttime headlamp tours and ghouls, goblins and ghosts to thrill and delight.

There is a magical forest that we have all come to love, full of fairy tales and figurines that bring us back to our childhood and lets children … well, be children. A place where worries disappear, family time is held dear and beautiful, happy new memories are formed throughout every crunch of the leaves.

What no one knows is that for 55 years it has been kept a secret — for 55 years not even the owners and caretakers knew — until one recent day something was left at the forest and when the gates opened after dark … well,  I can’t even say what was discovered.

As Halloween approaches, that magical, fairytale wonderland comes alive at night, haunted with ghouls, ghosts and goblins, scaring poor Goldilocks, Pooh and the Three Blind Mice. Creatures spill out of their dark holes and secret hiding spots and scatter through the forest fog as a mischievous hoard. They can even be found haunting the tree tops and scurrying amongst the ropes and ladder bridges of SkyTrek Adventure Park — but only by those brave enough to climb up and find them.

This September is a special year, as we have decided to share what has been discovered! On September 25th and 26th — although in the shadow of the mystical old growth trees, these creatures will be facing the daylight for the first time! Out in mass numbers throughout the day and especially the night!!! We would love to tell you what to expect, but the surprises are even unknown to us!

It’s not a rare event … it’s a first!

The Enchanted Forest and SkyTrek have never been open to the outside world at night but come that last weekend in September. You will have a chance, if you dare!

Imagine this by headline at night!

During the day visitors will find the enchanted forest and all of their favourite activities at SkyTrek open and filled with scary goblins, cobwebs, ghosts, zombies and more!

At night, for the first time in 55 years, The Enchanted Forest will be yours to explore and for those over the age of 16 years old, SkyTrek will be running guided, headlamp night adventures on their high ropes challenge course as well as the giant creepy ghost swing and Splatter Drop at the Adventure Tower!

This has never been done (which I may have mentioned previously) and we are anticipating to be very popular, so reservations are recommended, but not required.

The park hours will be from 10am–6pm and the Night Tours* are from 6:30pm until 9pm.

Even though this is a special event and we hope for it to be the first of many… don’t forget locals receive 20% off as part of the Fall locals discount!!!

*Bring a headlamp if you can for the night tours and we’ll see you IN THE TREES!!!*
