Robots are ready to rule the imaginations of Revelstoke youth at an upcoming summer camp.

Take robot design, building, and programming to the next level with the latest, new Bots at this week-long, virtual day camp for youth aged 9–14 years.

Partnering with Okanagan College, the Revelstoke Idea Factory is offering this summer day camp virtually, with campers connecting online for class, problem solving, and video collaboration.

The five-day camp will provide socially distanced kit delivery to your home, an explanation and demo of the kit, and daily instruction session to build capabilities and guide project development.

This is a flexible, self-guided build time each day, with on-call support. There will be one-on-one coaching each day with the Master Maker.

The group virtual competition at the end of the week where the robots will be put to the challenge. Robotics Camp will run July 13–17 and again August 17–21, 2020.

The camp is hosted in conjunction with The Revelstoke Idea Factory, a community owned, non-profit, technical prototyping facility that aims to stimulate youth, entrepreneurs, adults, and local businesses to develop and commercialize new marketable products through increased access to digital manufacturing technologies and tools.  You bring the idea, we’ll bring the factory.
