The Revelstoke Hospice Society has given away a festive prize as part of their donation contest that took place over the holiday season. Raising $1,200, the society gave donors and new members a chance to win a quilt handmade by the Revelstoke Quilters Guild. Eileen Harris was the contest’s lucky winner.

“Thanks to everyone who entered to win; best of luck next year. Special thanks to the Revelstoke Quilters Guild whose creative efforts made these donations possible,” the society’s executive director Theresa Hamilton said in a release.

“The Hospice and the Guild have been long-time partners in serving individuals at [the] end of life in Revelstoke.”
