Arts notes: Amberwood plays the Last Drop
Toronto’s Amberwood plays the Last Drop Pub Sunday.
Amberwood is a potent, guitar driven, alternative rock band based in the musical epicenter of greater Toronto. The band was formed by close childhood friends Colin, Cam, Oli and Wes, who bring this personal bond into the musical realm like a well-oiled machine.
Their debut EP titled “Event Horizon” has certainly spawned events that include; being named one of the Top 20 unsigned bands in Canada (Supernova), performances at The Hard Rock Café, Canada’s Wonderland and at the prestigious Scotiabank Awards 2013.
The “Event Horizon” EP also garnered college and university radio air play in Canada and the USA and university shows in Canada.
