Outdoor life: Slideshow shares the story of the first complete Selkirk Traverse
Come share the epic adventure of the first complete traverse of the Canadian Selkirk Range at the Revelstoke Performing Arts Centre on Nov. 19.
This Saturday, Nov. 19 come and join Douglas Noblet (Wildair Photography) Madeleine Martin-Preney and Mark Grist as they share photos and stories from their Selkirk Traverse.
The story of this epic traverse is featured in the latest issue of Kootenay Mountain Culture in their Frontside article ‘Range Rover.’ It tells the story of these three, who were part of the team that completed the first ever complete traverse of the Canadian Selkirk Range.
This event will be held at the Revelstoke Performing Arts Centre Saturday, November 19 at 7 p.m. Admission is by donation (suggested $5).
