Mountaineer video: New Revelstoke band Djanky debuts at Grizzly Plaza tonight

If you're going to put it on Youtube, it's official. Youthful new Revelstoke band Djanky finalized their name decision when we shot this preview video July 8 at Centennial Park. Great job guys, and we're looking forward to your show Saturday, July 11 in Grizzly Plaza at the Revelstoke Street Music Festival.

If you’re going to put it on Youtube, it’s official. Youthful new Revelstoke band Djanky finalized their name decision when we shot this preview video July 8 at Centennial Park.

Djanky is (from left) Logan Davis (guitar, vocals), Parker Hill (drums), and Tashi Townley (guitar, vocals).

It was a sweltering hot day, and we only had time for one take, but the guys nailed it anyway.

Djanky plays the Revelstoke Street Music Festival in Grizzly Plaza July 11. The free show starts at 6:30 p.m. They open for Myrtle and the Nocturnal.
