Revelstoke Farmers’ Market

The Saturday Farmers’ Markets in downtown Revelstoke is a popular weekly gathering for locals and visitors during the summer.

The vendors sell food, arts, crafts and it draws attendance from a diverse section of the community. Downtown shops and patios are open and busy.

People come to pick up their fresh vegetables and foods from local and regional vendors, and they look forward to bumping into friends and acquaintances.

The market is organized by the Revelstoke Local Food Initiative and there is an emphasis on local and organic produce and prepared foods, including baking, meats, sauces and more.

There’s a lot of community buy-in: it’s a place to see and be seen on the Revelstoke scene.

It’s known as one of the great small-town farmers markets in B.C. and it’s a must if you’re visiting for the weekend. Recommended.
