This FREE community workshop will be 90 minutes to move gently and breathe deeply as you connect your body into the natural surroundings of our local forest. This Qi Gong practice helps energy and body alignments that you need to relax and let go of tension in the body and mind.
It is open to all abilities and accessibilities and is low impact.
