Create The Life You Want – Yoga & Life Immersion @ Balu Yoga & Wellness
May 4 @ 7:00 am – May 9 @ 4:00 pm

A 50 Hour Yoga Immersion designed to guide you into a greater understand of yourself & the ancient practice of yoga.

Are you ready to step into the brilliance of who you are? To unclutter your mind and develop skills that allow you to find grace in your day to day, even when life turns upside down.

In this course you’ll explore aspects of yourself, by stepping into the practice of yourself. Yoga means ‘Union’ :: Union to Mind, Body and Spirit. You will learn skills that will help awaken the known and unknown in yourself and discover ways to implement the ancient teachings into our modern day world.

We will do a lot of self exploration with guidance and examine your current place in the world and where you want to move towards. With that insight we will work together to help devise a plan for your future and your heart.

Group work is fundamental in this course, working with a group and being accountable to a group as you dive deep into your own experiences and ingrained belief’s of who you are. The collective of the groups that come together are ALWAYS incredibly powerful and consistently offers profound experiences.

If you are ready to show up in your life this work is for you. You will be challenged on many levels, including physical, emotional and spiritually. You will leave this course a changed person.

There are a number of guest teachers that will bring their teachings in compliment of what we will be learning. Expect sound healing, nutritional work, deeper body work, and incorporation of dreams and the archetypes that manifest and offer teachings in your dreams.

Expect a supportive and nurturing environment, filled with love and honesty. Immense shifts require immense inner work.

Workshop Facilitated by:

Lisa Cyr – www.lisamariecyr.com

Lisa’s sound journeys invite you to free your voice. To step out of what you sound like and into what sound feels like. Lisa blends the conscious movement of yoga asana with esoteric meditative practices, toning, traditional chants, and exploratory vocal soundscapes for a healing experience that will allow you to experience the bliss of sound vibration within your body. It will leave you feeling lighter, happier, restored and balanced.

Trevor Yelich – www.numasomatics.com

Trevor’s Nūma Breathwork journeys are transformational practices that strategically weaves together the power of conscious Breathwork, deep bodily unwindings of somatic movement explorations, mindful somatic psychotherapeutic investigations, and the medicinal vibrations of sound therapy. Nūma Breathwork is a psychosomatic therapeutic process, an insightful dive into non-ordinary states of consciousness, an exploration of the continuum of human experience, and a catalyst for resolving suffering.

Trevor has explored and studied a wide array of bodymind practices and healing arts over the past 22 years. The richness of these studies, the gamut of his life experiences, and a deep curiosity about the seamlessly inter-connected mechanisms of mind and body have led to an increasingly integrated approach to healing.

Trevor has a diploma in Acupuncture and has also studied Conscious Connected Breathwork, Chi Nei Tsang (Visceral/Abdominal Massage), Acutonics® Vibrational Healing, Thai Massage, and Bodynamics Somatic Psychotherapy. His perspective on healing practices has also been greatly influenced by a myriad of experiences with numerous personal and spiritual growth group processes, North American and Peruvian Shamanism, and a wide range of personal practices including Shaolin Kung Fu, Tai Chi, Qigong, Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga, Jnana Yoga, Vipassana and other forms of meditation, Contact Improvisation, and Continuum Movement. Deeply interested in trauma and its resolution, he is currently expanding his studies in Somatic Experiencing.

In addition to his therapeutic work, Trevor has taught Yoga for 15 years, co-developed and co-facilitated numerous 200-hour yoga teacher trainings for both Trinity Yoga and Gaiatri Yoga, and in recent years developed and facilitated Conscious Connected Breathwork Facilitator trainings and Nūma Somatics Facilitator trainings. Trevor has had the blessing of sharing these trainings and related workshops all across Canada as well as leading yoga retreats in Canada, Costa Rica, and Peru.

Refund Policy: Refund of 100% is available up to 3 weeks prior to training. Refund of 75 % is available up to 2 weeks prior to training. Less the 2 weeks (14 days) no refund available.
